This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies with respect to information and data, including personally identifiable information and other information that is collected from you when using Roger® LLC’s Roger mobile application (the “App”) or accessing the Roger information via a web-based terminal via websites that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Sites”) (the App and Sites are collectively referred to as the “Platforms”). Roger LLC (“Roger”) is committed to treating the personal and corporate information of our users, customers, and vendors with respect and sensitivity. Roger collects and uses information, including your Personal Information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Roger may from time to time amend and/or update this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site or App constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. The effective date appears at the end of this Privacy Policy.

1. What Personal Information Does Roger Collect?
Roger collects personal information that you enter on our Platforms or otherwise provide conducting business utilizing the Platforms. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Information” means individually identifiable information about an individual consumer that we collect online and that we maintain in an accessible form. The types of Personal Information we collect includes name, address, email, phone number, financial information, and other information you choose to provide. Roger collects only that Personal Information that is relevant for the purposes for which the data is requested. Roger uses your Personal Information as further described in this Policy and does not use your Personal Information in any way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected or for which you have consented.
THE APP
In addition to the above, the App also requires access to your device camera to enable uploading of load and delivery information. With your consent, the Roger mobile application collects geolocation data.
2. Does Roger Use Cookies?
THE SITE
When you use our Sites, we will collect certain information by automated means, such as through device logs, server logs, cookies, and other technologies. The information we collect in this manner includes the device type used, the mobile operating system, device identifiers and similar unique identifiers, device settings and configurations, IP addresses, battery and signal strength, usage statistics, referring emails and web addresses, dates and times of usage, actions taken on our Sites, geolocation (on a city-regional basis), and other information regarding use of our Sites.
This information helps Roger improve its Sites and facilitates your experience when accessing our Sites. Roger may also utilize the information to create new apps and functionality to improve your experience and to better understand user analytics. Cookies can be blocked by changing your Internet browser settings to refuse all or some cookies. If you choose to block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access all or parts of our Sites.
We also use Google reCAPTCHA, a free service provided by Google, Inc., to protect our Sites from spam and abuse. Google reCAPTCHA uses advanced risk analysis techniques to decipher humans and bots. Google reCAPTCHA works differently depending on what version is deployed. For example, you may be asked to check a box indicating that you are not a robot or Google reCAPTCHA may detect abusive traffic without user interaction. Google reCAPTCHA works by transmitting certain types of information to Google, such as the referrer URL, IP address, visitor behavior, operating system information, browser and length of the visit, cookies, and mouse movements. Third Party Use of Cookies and Third Pary Use of Cookies
We also use the YouTube API Services to embed videos on the Sites making it easier for you to retrieve and view video content about the Roger services. These cookies are used by YouTube to store information regarding statistics associated with views of videos and information pertaining to your video preferences when watching embedded videos. When you access or use YouTube to view these videos, the use is subject to YouTube’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may work with service providers that provide services to Roger. These service providers are authorized to place third-party cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies for storing information on our Sites with our permission. These service providers may use these technologies to help us deliver our own content and advertising, and compile anonymous site metrics and analytics. We do not permit any of these service providers to collect any of your personal information on our sites or in our services, applications, or tools for their own purposes.
These third party service providers utilize cookies of third parties, and the collection of information by these third party cookies is covered by the third-parties’ privacy policy. These third party cookies may collect information in connection with the Site, including the collection and tracking of certain data and information regarding your characteristics and activities on the Site and across other sites. The above listing of third parties is not exhaustive of third parties that may have cookies on the Sites. You can understand which entities have currently enabled cookies for your browser or mobile device and how to opt-out of some of those cookies by accessing the Network Advertising Initiative’s website or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s website. Please note that these opt-out mechanisms are specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised. Therefore, you will need to opt out on every browser and device that you use.
Roger may also receive information about you from third parties who operate other sites or services Roger uses to provide our products and services to you.
THE SITE AND THE APP
Once you are signed into the App or logged into your account through the Site, neither the App, nor the authenticated portion of the Site, utilizes cookies.
3. How Does Roger Use Information
Roger will use information collected from you, including Personal Information, to provide you with the Platforms and other information and services that you request from Roger; to contact you in the future to provide you with information about other goods and services Roger offers; to notify you about changes to our Platforms and services; to comply with applicable laws and regulations; to perform data analyses (including anonymization and aggregation of Personal Information); and to improve our Platforms to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer or device, and as described above in Section 2.
Roger may share load data that is required to facilitate the intended services with other authorized users of the App and the authenticated portion of the Site for the purpose of facilitating a transaction between the two parties. The App and authenticated portion of the Site provide you choice as to which parties have visibility to your load data. Roger will only share your load data with those you select for involvement in each particular freight transaction, unless you set your settings in the App or authenticated portion of the Site to provide other parties with access or visibility to your load data.
Geolocation data, in particular, is used to determine your location while using our App. Roger may share geolocation or other data Roger in its sole discretion deems necessary, with the shipper and other third parties associated with the freight movement, including but not limited to origin, destination, and/or owner of the commodity for the load being hauled.
4. With Whom Does Roger Share Your Personal Information?
We do not share or disclose Personal Information we obtain about you, except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share your Personal Information with our subsidiaries and affiliates, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We also may share Personal Information with service providers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. We may share your Personal Information, with other authorized users of the Platforms in order to facilitate a transaction or for an authorized user to use for their own internal business practices. We may also share your geolocation data with the shipper, carrier, owner of the commodity being hauled, and origin and/or destination entities that deal with the particular load being hauled. In addition, we may disclose information about you if required to do so by law or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with legal process. We also reserve the right to transfer Personal Information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a merger, acquisition, joint venture, reorganization, divestiture, dissolution or liquidation).
5. How We Protect Personal Information
Roger uses commercially reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Access to Other Websites
Our Platforms may include links to other websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Roger is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties or the content of linked websites. Roger encourages you to read the applicable privacy policies and terms and conditions of such parties or websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to how Roger deals with your Personal Data, and it does not apply to any other company or any other company’s websites even if you access them via our Platforms. Please check those websites’ policies before you submit any Personal Information to them.
7. Do Not Track
Some internet browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, the Sites do not currently interpret, respond to or alter its practices when it receives “Do Not Track” signals.
8. Choices About Your Personal Information
You may use your account to access, correct, or view certain Personal Information we have collected and which is associated with your account. To review or request changes to any of your Personal Information, please contact us at info@rogerthat.com.
To unsubscribe from our marketing emails, please click the unsubscribe link included in the footer of our emails. You also may submit a request to us at info@rogerthat.com.
We do not disclose personal information obtained through our Platforms to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Accordingly, we have no obligations under California Civil Code § 1798.83.
Nevada law allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the sale of certain types of Personal Information. Subject to several exceptions, Nevada law defines “sale” to mean the exchange of certain types of personal information for monetary consideration to a person for the person to license or sell the information to additional persons. We do not currently sell personal information as defined in the Nevada law. However, if you are a Nevada resident, you still may submit a verified request to opt-out of sales and we will record your instructions and incorporate them in the future if our policy changes. 9. Protecting Children’s Privacy
Our Platforms are designed for a general audience and is neither designed, nor intended, to be used by children under 13. Roger does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information online from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete such information from our records.
10. Changes to our Privacy Policy
As Roger’s business changes, its Privacy Policy may also change. If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post an amended version on our Platforms. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically. Unless stated otherwise, Roger’s current Privacy Policy applies to all information that Roger has about you and your account through the Platforms.
